Ordering & Payment

We try to make your shopping experience as easy as possible by creating an ordering process that is simple and efficient. You can browse through any department by clicking on a link such as 'necklaces' or gifts'. When you see an item you like, click on "add to cart" and continue shopping. When you're ready to complete your purchase, click on "view cart" to confirm your items. Click on "checkout" to finish. Note that any items with a symbol mean that only 1 is available to order because it is a one-of-a-kind piece.

*Any item with a symbol by it can be customized with your favorite color. Please contact Rosa Bella by emailing a description of what you are looking for along with your contact information so that we may follow-up with you to get your order exactly right. We will process the order over the phone. Please note that custom orders may take up to 10 days to ship. A 10% discount is offered on custom bridesmaid orders where 4 or more of the same item is ordered at one time. This discount will be reflected on your credit card statement.

Order Confirmation:
You will receive a confirmation of your order at the conclusion of your order process as well as a confirmation email, including order number and an approximate total amount to be charged.

Credit cards:
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Items are charged to your credit card when they ship. If an item is delayed, you will not be charged until the item ships.


Sales tax:
Because Rosa Bella is based in Tennessee, if you live in, or ship your order to anywhere in Tennessee, we are required to charge you local sales tax on your purchase.


Gift Wrap

Gift wrapping is available for $3.95 per item. Please select gift wrap before adding your item to your shopping cart. Gift wrapping includes a jewelry box with the Rosa Bella logo, chocolate brown wrapping paper, lime green and tan wrapia ribbon, and a handwritten gift card with the Rosa Bella logo. Please type a message in the space provided if you wish a handwritten note to be included with the box.


Shipping

We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your orders, with most items shipping within 48 hours of ordering (we do not ship on Sundays or holidays). You will be notified of any delays beyond 7 days after your order.

Shipping times:
USPS Standard Mail service: allow up to 5-10 business days
USPS Priority Mail Service: 3-6 days
USPS Overnight Service: 1-2 days


*for express delivery, online orders must be placed by 9 AM Central Time.

Overnight delivery is available for most items shipping within the continental U.S. We offer overnight delivery on orders placed before 9 AM Central, Monday - Thursday. Saturday delivery not available.

These charges are calculated automatically when you place an order online.

Express Shipping Charges:
For an additional $3.00 we offer USPS Priority, which may ship the next business day if your order is placed before 9 AM Central.
For an additional $12.00 we offer USPS overnight delivery, but you must place your order online before 9 AM Central Time, Monday - Thursday. Orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following Monday.

*We cannot expedite deliveries outside of the continental United States*


Additional Charge for shipping to Canada:
All orders shipped to Canada will be assessed the standard shipping charge based on the amount of the purchase plus an additional $5.00 for customs. Unfortunately, Canadian orders cannot be expedited. Orders shipped to Canada will be shipped USPS. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars, and your credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically.

Additional Charges listed next to some items:
The price listed in parenthesis next to the price is a freight charge to cover the additional cost to ship an oversized item. This amount is added to the regular shipping charges detailed in the chart above. There is no express service available for these items.

Shipping outside North America:
We will ship to all US states and Canada.

Damages in shipment:
We make every effort to carefully pack every order to prevent damage in shipping. Please understand it is still possible for your item to be damaged in shipment. If you receive your item(s) damaged, please notify Rosa Bella by email or phone within 48 hours of package receipt.


Returns

We realize that you may decide not to keep an item that you have purchased. Rosa Bella will gladly accept returns on unworn merchandise for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns must be accompanied by the return slip that you received in the initial shipment.

Rosa Bella reserves the right to refuse a refund for merchandise that appears to be worn or damaged by the buyer. All shipping and gift wrap charges incurred are the buyer's responsibility.

Please allow 2 weeks for returns to be processed and the charges refunded. Charges will be refunded to the credit card used to purchase the item.

Rosa Bella is not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail. It is recommended that you insure your package upon return.

If an item is received damaged, and this is the reason for your return, please notify Rosa Bella by email or phone within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged merchandise.
